Sarah was awarded Progressive Grocer's Top Women in Grocery award, a prestigious award that recognizes the integral role women play across all areas of the dynamic retail food industry. Sarah was also awarded a Silver Stevie Award, in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year category - the Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world's top honors for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organizations they run. Sarah Christina Schloemer’s career has touched Europe, New Zealand and the United States. Fluent in English and German as well as the Advertising, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and coupon industries, Sarah contributes her leadership, innovation and management skills wherever she goes. Colleagues describe her as a brilliant businesswoman; a dedicated, inspirational leader who is fearless, genuine and inquisitive. A problem solver at heart, identifying solutions and helping others is her favorite activity. Incorporating kindness and social benefit into the business world, is a core driver. Previously, Sarah was CEO and Co-Founder of CommonKindness, the 2nd largest printable grocery coupon website providing CPG companies a low cost coupon distribution technology and simultaneously generating funds for charities. CommonKindness was acquired by Makeena. Sarah's past endeavors also include being account executive with advertising agency Saatchi and Saatchi in New Zealand and time with BBDO Interone in Germany. Clients included CPG’s and Foodstuffs supermarket retailers as well as BMW, Sparkasse, Estee Lauder, Contact Energy and Interislander. Sarah also led the brand development and marketing efforts to establish PrideLands as well as program strategy and training program managers. In addition Sarah has more than 7 years experience as Graphic and Website Director for New Zealand companies including Moa Foods Inc., Kea Ltd., Garratt Print Company and others. Sarah is currently CEO of Creative Kind Group and the owner and spokesperson for the Sarah Christina wine brand.
